Leading the pack is our CEO and founder, Jemel
He's the oil to our HERO machine, keeping us all on track and making sure we stay true to our vision. Having grown up between East London and Alicante, Jemel leads the company with an open-minded perspective - except when it comes to conversations about Arsenal. He loves to talk about his beloved team when he’s not creating his movie magic. Not all of us are as football-savvy as him so we often just nod along, but good for him. If you can do the splits, be prepared for Jemel to challenge you to a split-off even though he can’t do it himself.

Meet Jodie, our dancing chef who also happens to be our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) – how cool is that?
Jodie is the life of the party and brings all the good vibes to our office and shoots. Jodie is hands down the most welcoming person you'll meet, so don't be surprised if she greets you with a big smile and a warm hug with Mocco, our office dog, right by her side. Oh, and did we mention her green thumb? Jodie has a knack for keeping all our office plants alive and thriving! It makes sense though, her role has Growth in the name.

Iyola is our Production Manager and the lead person for office banter.
Iyola is our Production Manager with an energising presence and a great sense of humour. But don't let her playful demeanor fool you - there's a fundamentally pragmatic side to her, which is why she can whip out a bid package like a champ when it's time to get down to business. Outside of the office, Iyola loves an adventure of any sorts - you might find her playing the drums, racing down the streets of London on her bike, or hunting down the best bubble tea places whereever she is. She doesn't take herself too seriously, which makes working with her an absolute blast. All in all, we love having Iyola on our team.

Meet Arturo, our Lead Creative and Director's Rep.
Meet Arturo, our Lead Creative and Director's Rep. Originally from Sao Paulo, Arturo now lives in Barcelona and brings an international flair to our team. We've heard through the grapevine that Arturo loves his sushi and always plays the number 11 during roulette to represent the legal drinking age in Brazil. When he's not working hard to bring our films to life, Arturo can be found enjoying some downtime - doing what? We don’t know, as he claims to have no spare time. Considering the number of countries, agencies, clients and production companies he has worked with, we can only imagine he's always coming up with exciting ideas. We love having Arturo's creativity and expertise on our team, and we can't wait to see what he comes up with next!

Soo is our Junior Creative and all-around cool person.
Originally from South Korea and raised in Croatia and the US, Soo brings an artistic perspective to our projects enhanced by their experience working in Art Department roles which means they always have great ideas to share. One thing we've noticed about Soo is that they tend to make a plethora of light screeches when mildly inconvenienced. Sort of like a dysfunctional R2D2 or an armadillo. But hey, we think it just adds to their unique creative skills! When Soo's not busy creating amazing content, they love to stay busy with a variety of hobbies and interests. We're talking everything from fashion to passionate conversations to staring at the wall after having too much caffeine. Soo, never change, we love you.

Johnathan is our talented Editor who's always down for some wings.
He claims there's loads of other things he enjoys, but we all know his love for wings runs deep. When he's not busy perfecting our films, Jonathan has a pretty impressive list of hobbies that he enjoys. From making music videos to playing tennis and skateboarding, there's never a dull moment when Jonathan's around. Music and cinema are also a huge part of his life. We love his energy and creativity, and we're grateful to have him as part of our team. Jemel asked me not to write that he loves Manchester United, but it’s too late now. I’ve done it anyway :)

Last but not least, the Chief of Staff and resident numbers guru is Keshia
As the go-to person for all things accounts, finances and HR, she loves nothing more than keeping things organised and running smoothly. When she's not crunching numbers, you can find her spending time with her husband and two kiddos - family means everything to her. When they're not together at home, they're likely exploring some new corner of the world. Keshia's life motto is pretty simple - stay disciplined and travel more. It's served her well both at work and in life. So, whether she's managing budgets or exploring new cultures, you can bet she's doing it with equal parts efficiency and enthusiasm.
